Legal Notice — Returns Required Every 6 Months

Facilities importing, manufacturing, distributing, or bulk consuming lead acid batteries must send returns to the Department of Environment every 6 months from the issue of the permit. Failure to submit by the due date is an offence under Section 44 of the EMA 2005 and may lead to suspension of the permit.
